The name’s Richard Lubomski — Bomski to anyone who’s bought me a coffee.

For the past 20 years, I’ve been making things people actually want to use. Whether that’s a digital product serving millions of users, a design system built from scratch, or a workshop that finally gets a room full of stakeholders pointed in the same direction – I work at the intersection of people, problems, and possibility.
I’m a systems-level thinker, which is a fancy way of saying I’m good at cutting through noise and finding the thing that actually matters. I’m a qualified Product Owner, Scrum Master, First Aider, and Mental Health Champion – not because I collect certificates, but because I genuinely care about building great teams as much as great products.
My toolkit spans Figma, Miro, VSCode, Jira, Confluence, Photoshop, Illustrator, and a Terminal window I’m probably more comfortable in than I should admit. Fuelled throughout by an industrial quantity of Jaffa Cakes.
When I’m not designing things, I’m shooting them – photography, camerawork, compositing, and a rabbit hole of other creative obsessions that I’ll spare you the full details of. For now.
